Food Stamp Challenge
Posted on September 21, 2012As the High Holidays approach – a time of introspection and meaningful reflection – rabbis and cantors will join together and for one week live on the average food stamp allotment of $31.50, or just $1.50 per meal. The Food Stamp Challenge helps us gain an understanding of the challenges that millions of Americans go through every day.
