- Oct. 19th: Confirm interest in participation
- Nov. 11th: Complete and submit information form to register for the Startup Meeting
- Nov. 15th: Startup Meeting; attendance required
- Nov. 22rd: Formal Declaration of Intent to Participate
- Dec. 15th: Final day to demonstrate availability of your portion of the matching funds
- Dec. 12, 13, 19, 20: Individual planning meetings to plan for each kehilla’s PJ Library program (every participating kehilla will sign up for a 1.5 hour slot)
- Dec. 30th: Submit mailing lists to United Synagogue coordinator for community-wide program announcement mailing. (Lists will not be shared or used for any other purpose)
- Jan. 1: Organizations can begin to accept enrollments and access matching funds if all other materials are complete
